How much do you charge?
General Service:
£25 for first half hour
£20 for additional half hours

Plumbing:
£50 per hour fixed rate

£15 per hour surcharge after 18:00

Do you offer a 24hr service?
No. We operate office hours - 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
We will work weekends and later than 6pm if that is the only time we can

gain access.

Out of hours rates are fixed at £50 per hour. £65 per hour for plumbling.

Does this include materials?
No. Most customers use us purely as a labour only service, but we are

happy to collect parts for you if required. We add a percentage on parts

to cover our time, petrol and

expertise to select and find the right materials.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. All of our labour work is guaranteed for twelve months.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry £1m of public Liability Insurance P0049789/0

Do you have any CORGI registered engineers?
No. We can do a wide range of plumbing jobs, plus bleed & balance heating

systems.

Not being CORGI registered means we can't work with gas or gas appliances.

How big a job can you take on?
Usually jobs range from an hour to a day, we also occasionally take on larger

jobs lasting several days. For anything lasting longer than five days then you

might be better off using a specialist tradesman.

What areas do you cover?
West, North West, South West, and Central London. It's worth calling if

you're on the outskirts.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Do you do office work?
Yes. Companies use London Maintenance to take care of their everyday

maintenance and repairs. There is no formal account-opening procedure,

just call free on 0800 011 2348
We ask that invoices are paid within 21 days.

What about congestion charge?
We cover the congestion charge

Does it including parking fees?
Yes, for the first hour. Any parking fees incurred after that are in addition

to the hourly rate.
