London Maintenance offers its full range of services to the Domestic and Commercial

market. From our control and customer support centre in West London we dispatch engineers to Residential and Commercial properties across the whole of London. Work will be allocated to the nearest engineer to keep travelling time to a minimum and to ensure the quickest possible response. You can also be assured that, with an extensive selection of local suppliers, London Maintenance will waste no time in resolving your emergency.

Mobile site supervisors are also readily available to provide any assistance that the engineers may require. Customer service is our primary concern and therefore quality control is treated with the utmost importance - a job well done to a high standard leaves a satisfied customer that is likely to use our services again in the future.

Unlike so many of our competitors, London Maintenance demands no call out fee and there are no other hidden costs such as parking, mileage or congestion charge.

We charge 25 for the first half hour and 20 for every half hour that follows. Plus cost price for materials such as paint, nails, light bulbs, what ever is needed.

Most small jobs are done in the first half hour!!!
